all of our cakes must be in fridge WITHIN 30 minutes of delivery or pick up to preserve freshness.• DO NOT store our cake in FREEZER.CANCELLATION/REFUND
we believe that the day you choose is important and meaningful to others as well so we do not accept any refund but convertible to other dates WITHIN A MONTH.PICK UP POINT & TIME

OUR CAKE
• our cake is decorated on pick-up day.
• for the best VISUAL appeal (cake with colorful / drawings etc), please DO NOT celebrate our cake on 2nd day.SHELF LIFE
• 1-2 days for cake with fruits or crepes
• 4-5 days for others.

不是所有的绘画设计我们都能做，所以需要先请大家发参考图给我们才能知道能不能做哦。
所有蛋糕高度大概是在 13厘米左右（由口味而定）。

常见问题
如何储存蛋糕
所有蛋糕需要尽可能地在取糕后的 30分钟内 进入冰箱冷藏保存。
（ 请勿 将蛋糕放入冷冻。）订单取消/退款
您选择下单的日子对别人来说也是个有意义的一天。
如预订的日子已满额 我们将会为了先下单的您而拒绝别人。
所以除了我方有任何过失或紧急更动发生，将不做任何或接受退款和取消请求。
*可改期（一个月以内）。-自取地点/时间
地点: 珠巴十号路（住家）时间:
@ 11:30am (需在下单时/提早告知为预防满额)/
@ 5pm-6pm (默认时间)
自取地址将在取糕的前一天发送通知。
我们的蛋糕
• 蛋糕装饰是在取糕当天完成。
• 为了 维持视觉效果 & 防止蛋糕染色和因干燥而出现裂纹的情况发生（尤其蛋糕颜色较多或深/设计复杂/含绘画），我们 不推荐 蛋糕在取后的第二天庆祝.保质期
• 1-2天（含水果口味）
• 4-5天（其他口味）
